Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, though it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns. Please note that certain items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or product nature, which will be clearly marked on the product page.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected in your account.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. Please allow up to 14 business days for the investigation process before contacting us again about the same refund.
